**Daisy A. B., the poet behind @sulatlaya, formerly known as @daisyxpoetry, is a Philippine-based writer who began sharing her poetry on instagram in 2021. She writes poems and prose mostly about anything under the sun and likes exploring opposing and unorthodox ideals.Her love for poetry rooted from her unconventional childhood and was solidified when her grade school published her short poem.Her debut book entitled Dandelion in the Desert is available for purchase here.

Just like any other poet, Daisy A. B. turns to poetry to deal with emotions and form a healthy boundary with them thus, giving life to her debut book - Dandelion in the Desert. In this book, she walks with the reader along the path towards healing from one of her life’s most difficult moments. From the themes of heartbreak, alienation and exhaustion to moving forward and regaining power, the poems written here can be great companions especially during times of confusion and hopelessness.
